YOUR ORDER

All items are made to order. If you place an order, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be received, made and shipped (please allow extra time for shipping).

This timeline may be impacted by the current Australian Government guidelines and restrictions, you will be contacted if your order is affected.

SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided. Please check with Australia Post directly for current shipping times or disruptions.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges can only be made if the item has a notable defect; repairs are available within ten days of receiving item.

If you believe your item is faulty please get in touch at sales@stasevonline.com so an assessment can be made. If determined faulty postage will be covered by Stasev.

Stasev cannot accept refunds or exchanges for incorrect size or change of mind. Please choose your size carefully using the measurements provided.
